Farmhouse restoration in Luxembourg
At the start of 2025, we were selected to restore a traditional rural farmhouse in Luxembourg. Like many historic buildings, it came with its fair share of challenges: low ceilings, small windows, moisture in the walls, finding the right heating solution, and improving thermal performance without losing its character — all while meeting strict heritage and environmental rules.
This is exactly where Xtend feels at home. Our role is to solve these technical and architectural puzzles while keeping the soul of the building intact. Step by step, this old farm is being brought back to life and adapted for modern living, without compromising what makes it special.
We’re proud to be giving this building a future, so it can continue to stand for generations as a living piece of Luxembourg’s rural heritage.
